Phathetic service

Translux bus service is so pathetic, I don't ever want anything to do with this bus. Today the bus from Umthatha to Pretoria via Tsolo at 18:15 did not show up. Imagine standing in this cold weather with a child for hours with no direction of whether the bus is delaying or cancelled. There was no communication nothing from them. when I called them ********** 282 the calls where just cut off with no answer or when someone finally answered all they could say is they will call me back, imagine I'm still waiting for those call backs even now . I got the same response from 3 different people and no one could tell me anything or where is the bus or what is happening.
