People stole my luggage that was supposed to be kept for me to collect

<p>I have had the worset experience when I had to deal with thieve in the Translux luggage depo in Cape Town. I spoke to a Khensani who refused to give me her surname as she was very boastfull that she is the only one what works there. I felt like i was speaking to a person that was just picked up to do the job and had no knowledge of mannners, customer service. She was careless and displayed no intention to help me very inefficient. She took my email address totally incorrect not sure if she is also illeterate. I left shoe bag in the translux bus when i returned on the 8th Jan from a bus from Johannesburg. I then called and they said to me that they found the bag and as I was trying to identify the bag i kept on asking what was inside so to make sure it was the correct pink bag. when my husband went to get the bag, none of the shoes that I had identified were therer. My adidas takkie, my sons brand new brown boot, my daughter lee cooper takkies, my sons all star and black pumps were all missing from the bag. They were ******nnn</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never advise anyone to take their coaches as they are ******* in the people that are supposed to help you get your staff.. I am shocked for days</p>
