Payment didnt reflect

<p>on the 28th November i made booking to City to city via 3D Secure on translux/City city website for 3 ppeople amount was R1470.00 , my brother got sms that the money must been paid with certain time .i paid it . i do have a proof of payment .21/11/16 when my family memeber were at station for departing they were told the money didnt reflect on the sytem .so i had to sent the proof ,they got and checked it but they said unfortuanately they werent be able to assist because they called FNB still its not on their side funny part im not banking with fnb how come becuse it supposed to be confirmed with nedbank , Please assist because the agent said its hanging somewhere and the worst the bus left them .im so dissapointed with the service i received</p>
