Pathetic unprofessional service

We booked tickets beginning of November for the 17th of November from Cape Town to Kimberly. We received SMS's confirming our the tickets and times of departure. Today the 17th of November as we are waiting for the bus we are 1st told the bus is delayed it will come at 8pm. Next thing we are told Translux does not go in that route, it's been 2 months. Why did they sell the tickets to us, why were we not told about this. On top of that they are not even helping us, ere 3 ladiez stuck at Cape Town Station at this time of the night it is now 21:06........ I am disgusted with the service from translux. The inconvenience they caused!!!
