Pathetic service by city to city bus service

<p>I am on my way to Butterworth tonight. I must say city to city bus services are pathetic, disgusting and I feel disrespected. At first it was their call center number the same one that they say it's a 24 service it just rang until it cuts you, noone answers. I eventually bought the ticket for the bus that was scheduled to leave Joburg park station at 19:30. It is now almost 20:00 there is no bus. Not even an explanation as to why the bus is late. Again the call center is not answering. Such a big company but pathetic and disgusting service. They simply do not care about their passengers. The worst part is that we are queuing outside and it can rain at anytime but the company Prasa as a whole all they care about is money paid into their pockets and not the poor passengers. </p>
