Pathetic Service

My sister and I decided to take the Translux bus this morning from Kimberley to Johannesburg. . The bus was suppose to pick us up at 6:30am only arrived at 8am with no apology as to why it was late. . . I called the call center numerous times and no answer. When the bus finally arrived our luggage was put inside with no tag marking our luggage. . . The bus inside is crawling with ****roaches. . And the toilet bowl was filled up to the brim with urine. . The experience was just pathetic. . . I paid R320 for my sister and I. . One doesn't expect first class service but some things need to be done the correct way.
