Pathetic service

Received the most pathetic service on Translux which was not even the 1st time. So my bus was suppose to leave at 18:15 and now it's 18:45 the bus is not here no one has told us the bus is laye????been standing here for almost 2hours now...... My battery is going down and the stupid bus doesn't have charging ports even......
