Pathetic Service

<p>I am currently wait for Translux bus which I was suppose to board at 19:50 travelling from Somerst West to King Williams Town till now 21:09 no call or sms received by me explaining what is going on. Dialled their call centre which claims its opened 24hr but no one answers their phone. One thing for their service is pathetic and will not encourage anyone to use their services.</p>
