Pathetic communication and service from translux
I purchased a bus ticket on the 14th of November 2021 from a computicket outlet for 24th December 2021, I thwn recieve a call from translux stating that there will be no bus service and that I need to go to the computicket branch that I bought my ticket from for a refund, which I attempted to do so, however the shoprite contacts computicket to get an authorisation for refund computicket states that they can only do a refund within an hour of purchase or if communication was received from translux which they don't have any correspondence, the management of shoprite trying to assist contacts translux with the request we then get advised that we need to go to the station during the week to assist with the refund, as a person with no means of transport and the risk of covid to use standard public transport I would be forced to spend almost R300 for a refund of R260 and bare the inconvenience I have already been running up and down to the shoprite for their assistance which has also incurred additional costs, this is pathetic service from a company that I used to frequently travel with can this matter be resolved without me incurring additional cost and further waste of time
