Pathetic behavior and arrogance from Coty to City callcentre agents

Now I really uderstand why their average rating is on 1.34, they are pathetic!!!!. My cousing and hos friend booked a bus from Midrand to Durban for the 28th of July. The booking was done on the the 27th and everything was successfully done, until they decided not to show up at Midrand. When calling them, they told us lot of bull **** and said they are not going to make any arrangements, nor refund us. Their arrogance is out of this world and I hoe they go downt he drain. I advise everbody not to use their services.
