pathetic bad hygiene and reckless driving and damage to luggage /customer services no contact

Good Day

I am very furious i am calling to talk to someone regarding the bad services and my stuff that was damaged and soaking wet on bus!!!!

I trust someone phones me soonest i will put this up news papers and also contact a lawyer as well as my doctor to also give letter due to Translux bus services.I got so sick on bus had severe panic attack due driver over taking trucks on mountain and with on coming traffic in the rain. ****roaches on the bus bus was also leaking water were by me and other people got wet. my luggage and stuff was also wet my appliances dont work due to water damage on the bus.

please call me as alot happened on bus and also i was informed that was not my bus which they left and i had to travel to Paarl and wait there stressed out and not knowing if i will get the bus. Driver said long Easter weekend and it was confusion.

I have sent so many emails no one called me and worried to sort out this problem !!!!

Please all dont use Translux to avoid what i went through PLEASE GET SOMEONE TO CALL ME URGENT!!!!!!!!
