parthetic service very bad

City to city bus I get in king Williams town @ 17h10 it was over loaded on their passanger register but drivers didn't check it when we arrive in Aliwal North is when they see the mess they created. We had to stuck there almost 3hrs until the bus go to police station. The drivers also need customer service training they don't know how to talk with their customers. My concern is that they sold many tickets more than Tue bus capacity. Now people are late to work and the is no back up for the situation as no one is helping drivers when they try to call. I'm this while waiting in the bus at police station at Aliwal North.
