Paid for bus ticket online but ticket not issued yet money deducted.

I booked a city to city online. Made payments then transaction went through successfully but after said there was an error and ticket wasn’t issued but yet money was deducted. Tried calling all the numbers I could find online to no success n sent an email n no response
