Paid but never received ticket

<p>I have proof of payment , but never received a ticket bought through Translux. This has been brought under their attention with proof of payment and bank statements on FNB headers, but i still have not been refunded with the amount that i have paid for a ticket that was never issued. THis is appaling - please never book a ticket on Translux.</p>
