Nothing Lux about Translux.

The maintenance of the bus is quite poor. From broken cup holders to non operational seatbelts and non working aircon knobs. These busses definitely need an upgrade. Busses are extremely dirty, bus drivers are a bit rude too, not to mention the abrupt braking and unfami****ity of routes by drivers. Both trips were tense to be on as one just didn't feel safe. I tried to cancel/change date for my ticket but couldn't get hold of anyone for 4 days telephonically and on Twitter.
