Not happy with City to city

Not happy with the service have been at the stop since 6:00pm for my bus which is at 7pm it’s now 19:58 still has not been assist call center said no contact details no one could assist to what’ should happen ? It’s been a hour no comms what’s so ever!! This ridiculous ..

Please advice! Spoke to supervisor- Valerie From Computicket. No sms was send to the busy will be delayed. Still no sign , number given for city to city just rings. Only female at the bus stop, supervisor stated she left my details on a group for them to contact me.
