Not Happy customer

Afternoon as I'm still in the bus ,had a terrible day.while a traffic officer spoiled everyone trip first thing those poles were not even visible to see,the robot was open for a bus to pass,so he stopped the bus driver and tell him to reverse the bus which is risk again what about the trucks that are coming behind us, the driver listen to everything that he said he must do,the driver went straight to weighing station and before he went to weighing he ask one of the guys who's working there to please go and put up the poles so that it can be visible for everyone to see,not even parking space to park the bus, after weighing he went back to the street and he open the door and kindly explain to the traffic cop he ask one of the guys to assist him with the poles and robots open and we went off after the traffic cop behind us running after the bus and he overtake the bus and goes slowly in front of us.and busy close the way for a bus to pass and he stand across the road for a bus to pass, apparently I think he called you and the driver expected to return back for such a distance to pick up the poles, where is the safety of a driver and customers there, why poor driver has to be abused by traffic cop, cause there's nothing wrong he did and he followed all the rules that he ask by traffic cop to do and on top of that the car doesn't even show who is he beside the uniform, safety of customers and employees needed, angry passengers #The driver didn't do any wrong hear on top of that the driver is being called now and than while busy driving, please stop frustrating the drivers cause we're the ones who know what happened please your feedback will be highly appreciated I wanted your email so I can send email regarding this situation not happy customer ,This is the massage I send to Facebook messenger but no one rep**** me what their did to the driver is not good at all
