Non-arrival of bus

<p>My mom bought a ticket to travel to JHB by City to City. We have been waiting for the bus for over 3 hours now and it has not arrived. There is no communication from City to City whatsover. She has to stand outside in this cold weather because the offices are closed. We have tried calling the DBN, PMB and JHB offices and no one answers . Their customer care line is also closed! All we want now is a refund of her ticket, or communication on when the bus will get here. This is disheartining, especially at the height of the scourge of violence against women, City to City will not potect its female customers. What if something happens to her whilst she waits OUTSIDE for a bus that she does not even know that it is coming. City to City had better value its customers more. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!</p>
