No tickets from TRANSLUX

Good day. Can someone please advise what is the contact number for TRANSLUX? I made a booking online ( on their website) and I was sent a reference number ***. Tried printing the tickets with no success and then tried contacting them on several days with no response from their call centre. So now the question is ? where do i get the tickets? is that website even valid. Just by going through this reviews I have reliazed I made a mistake and want my refund back
