NO SHOW - CITY TO CITY

I booked a ticket from Mossel Bay to Paarl on 11 October 2019 for 23h59 Ticket no ***. I was at Shell Garage from 23h20 waiting for the bus. The bus never showed up only to find out later that I have been moved to Translux without any notification. Translux stopped there. I was the only one sitting there and no-one could ask me am I the one that was moved over to translux from city to city. Please contact me to arrange the refund. ***.
