NO SHOW - BUS HORROR

I was due to travel back to JHB,this past Saturday, departure time was 22:35 and as always I was there 30 minutes before time (even though I always wait for more than an hour before the bus comes) BUT this time I have heard it with TRANSLUX, I sat at the bus station from 10pm till 2:30am waiting for the bus with my 2 year old child. what's worse is I kept calling the call center that did not answer to check if the bus was coming or not. I really am upset as I was sitting there three Translux busses passed NOT EVEN ONE STOPPED AND I WONDER IF ONE OF THEM FORGOT TO MAKE THAT STOP. I HAVE STOOD FOR A LOT OF DISAPPOINTMENTS WITH THIS SERVICE AND I KEEP USING IT BECAUSE THEY ARE AFFORDABLE AND MAKE THE STOP IN MY HOME TOWN. I HAD TO BOOK ANOTHER BUS FROM BLOEM IN THE MORNING WITH GRYHOUND, MADE PLANS TO GET TO BLOEM FROM ROUXVILLE COUSE THE TRANSLUX DRIVER DECIDED TO NOT PITCH OR JUST PASS ROUXVILLE STATION. THIS HAS COST ME A LOT OF MONEY AND I WANT MY REFUND FOR THE TICKET. THIS IS NOT EXCEPTABLE, I WONDER IF THE DRIVER DIDNT FILL THE BUS WITH UNAUTHORISED PASSENGERS AS I HAVE SEEN THIS HAPPEN IN THE PAST WITH CITY TO CITY. THE GARAGE HAS CAMERAS TO SHOW THAT NO BUS STOPPED THERE
