No responsibility

After the bus arrived an hour late at the destination point my brother put his luggage in the hold - i was sending down a rucksack for my wife's sister along with a hard drive and granadilla plant for my sister , my brother put some items in as well - some passengers got on at various stops and in the Strand a lot of passengers got off grabbing their luggage and *****ing the rucksack - according to the depot the driver was suppose to monitor the loading and off loading of luggage but because he was running late all this went out the window and now they deny responsibility - my question is - must passengers all get off the bus at every stop to make sure their luggage is safe and when the hell is it Translux responsibility and why have insurance if you do not accept liability - the driver did not tag the luggage as he was suppose to ,making it easier for someone to ***** it - you were running an hour late so everything was hurry hurry so that this whole situation came about BUT YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE - BULLDUST !!!!!! Fellow travelers be warned this is not the first and because of Translux bad attitude and lax responsibility towards its passengers won't be the last
