NO RESPONSE TO DATE, NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEGEMENT!!!!!!

Firstly, we got an old urine smell coming from the lavatory facility. We have been travelling for about three hours when the smell became unbearable my husband went to the drivers and asked them if they couldn't do anything about the disgusting smell,One of the drivers told my husband that there is nothing they do and he must just take his seat.My 7 year old son got sick on the bus due to this filth An hour later the bus stopped on the road, both drivers got out, they probably emptied the toilet and that relieved the smell for a short while. During the course of the trip people used the lavatory and we were back to square one, this was extremely frustrating as we had nagging kids all the way. Secondly, my 13 year old daughter tripped over the carpet down the middle of the bus and spotted dozens of small ****roaches. This was not even halfway through our trip. At this stage both my husband and I were furious because we were travelling in this filth with our kids. Let alone a 2 years old child that just wanted to be on the floor. This is really unaccepta
