No Respect for their Customers!

<p>The worst customer service ever....I bought the ticket for a bus departing from Bosman Station to Giyani ...the bus ticket stated that the bus was gonna depart at 7 pm but 1 hour later we were still waiting patiently for the bus with no update of what is happening ....Eventually unclear announcement was made but the bus arrived at 8:45pm not in good condition....with dirty chairs and not in place .....As a customer you always want to feel like your contribution is being appreciated and that you getting the best ....but I experienced the worst ever.</p>
