NO REFUND

Hi<br> <br> My daughter-in -law and my son were due to travel by the above company from Mid-Rand to Nelspruit on the 3rd April. Despite leaving the house on time we were a few mins late as the Address on the ticket was <br> Samrand Road. We went to Samrand Road where there just happened to be a Shell garage of course it was the wrong one. The proper address should of been exit 118 off the N1. Now they don't want to refund them any of the money they say that if they pay an extra 10% they could use the tickets later well they have no intention of going to Nelspruit again in the foreseeable future. It is ridiculous that they are entitled to keep the money. When they arrived the bus was just pulling out and despite them trying to wave the driver down he just ignored them.<br> <br> Bill
