No Feedback

I logged a complaint 2 weeks back about the bus which was licking from Sterkspruit on the 10th of January 2016. There has been no feedback or whatsoever, its almost the end of the month, doesn't this matter huh? its just water under the bridge. If this had something to do with the drivers you would have done something but because you don't want to take the blame and swallow your pride nothing will be done
