NO BUS SERVICE FROM KROONSTAD TO JOHANNESBURG

Booking a ticket from Shoprite ticket sale counter is easy but THE BUS NEVER ARRIVES AS IT SUPPOSE TO AND THIS US FOR THE SECOND TIME IN 1 MONTH. It seems so bizzare that someone can book. Bus and it does not stop to collect passengers. When you call customer service they take long or they don't answer at all. The other agent told me if I need refund I must come to Johannesburg office to collect refund although the bus left me in kroonstad. My advise is that should you require a bus DO NOT BOOK CITY TO CITY AS THEY WILL NEVER COLLECT YOU.
