No Bus. No refund. no response

HI. on 22 march a booking was scheduled from White River Caltex garage to Johannesburg. The bus never arrived at Caltex as per booking documents. I have made many calls to customer care and operations. They kept on blaming each other and told me that they can't do anything as the bus leaves from Engen and not Caltex. I was told to send an email or call back on Monday. I did send 2 emails and got no response. I called many times but lines were never answered. How do I resolve this, the money was paid for the trip, but it was never utilized as the bus never came to pick up point. Nobody is trying to assist and the numbers just ring or go onto answering machine and then gets dropped. I have spent petrol money to drive all the way to Nelspruit to drop the person at a taxi rank to get to Johannesburg on time. I have made more than 50 calls already that i am paying for and can't get a response. The reference number for the booking was AGAX80.
