no arrival at bus station

I waited for the bus for more than 3hrs this morning ticket booked for pmb opposite adt house at 2:45 but even now the bus is nowhere to be found, no SMS apology or alternative given by city to city and now I'm late for work, I was suppose to be at work in mount ayliff by 7:30 but m still here
