No answer to calls

We urgently need a contact number for City to City. My mum and aunty left yesterday with the City to City 11am bus enroute to Klerksdorp from Cape town. We are unable to reach them telephonically. Weve been calling to no avail on Translux customercare line. Please inform me if the bus arrived safely inKlerksdorp. Please provide ems customer number.
