nightmare transport

I am writing this email with a very broken heart because of city to city (nightmare) I bought a ticket yerstaday at checkers horizon centre roodepoort for a trip to Giyani from park station time from 07:20 I left my house when it was very dark around 5 in the morning to avoid traffic but to my suprise there was no bus . I ask people who are in charge around 8:00 they told me there's an accident somewhere on the road bus will be here within 30 minutes , which to me it made sense accidents happen. I waited for extra hour but to my suprise there was no bus at all. I went to the help dest office to check whats happening but no one help me actually the lady at the help desk was talking on a personal phone while waiting for her (no customer service ) after the call she told me she's on tea break (with attitude) I ask her to give space to people who are in duty she called a man by the name of sipho who was busy making fun with her he was not helpful at all (worse service) I tried calling all the numbers that I could find on their website but no one picked up the phone I continue calling an calling the IVR said their operation hours is from 8 to 6 but no one picked up the phone.time is around 10:00. One of the friendly bus drivers ended up giving me another number that I can try because they were also not answering his phones. I called the number and spoke to Joseph who confirm to me that the buses are at the work shop there is no bus. I didn't understand at all it was around pass 10 taxis are all gone no buses nothing I only had the ticket on my hand. Even if I can ask for refund it was useless. She said to me that the bus that is available is one that will take me to Bungeni first there's nothing else he could do. OMG do I have a choice no I just have to take the available bus In short city to city /translux is failing us. We have people who stil take another transport to their homes meaning they will get to their houses very late,,, high risk of ****, ****** , kidnap all this horrible things will happen to them because of City to City. This buses are failing us they are abusing people please do something about this.someone need to do what is right for people I can't be waiting for 5 hours for a bus.service delivery is very disgusting. I want this matter to be taken up and I will like to know the feedback regarding this disgusting behaviour If i didn't send it to the right department please escalate it for me Let minister of transport know about this
