Nightmare service very bad indeed.

My mother who is 58 years old was ****** by city to city nd shoprite(the one in botanical gardens) she was forced to buy a bus ticket for a 14 months old baby yet the baby was denied a sit as a passenger in the bus the driver told my mom to go ask for refund as soon as she reach Durban. The shoprite manager acknkwledge the mistake her cashier Slindile did and further send her to city to city offices to claim her refund on her arrival Mr Nkosi who is the manager called head office as he also acknkwledge that the baby was not suppose to pay after he called the driver who claimed to be sick and not remembering anything he said there was nothing he can do since the driver forgot the incident. I mean why was my mom ********** and refusing to be paid after thhe send her from pillar to post for their own mistake as she's holding evidence that she was wrongfullly charged. Mond you on the day they were traveling the bus broke in the Middle of nowhere and they had to wait 4hours and instead of arriving at 17:00 they arrived at 00:00 the drive said transport was arranged so they can be transported but as soon as he reached Johannesburg he dropped them at park station and left. Worse experience ever
