Never use city to city

Friday 28 september we booked a forward and return bus (city to city) to Kokstad. Our bus should have left Park station at 7 but no instead we left at 11 no one appologised for the inconvience .Sunday around 13:00 we called the call center to ask for the directions to Mount Ayliff bus stop the first lady i got told me she the bus stop is at Mount Ayliff bus stopand then i asked her what is next to that bus stop or the name of the street or is it next to a park or garage as we dont know the place and she told me she doesn't KNOW and she will call back (thats a call center) they should train their staff or fire the lazy staff as its our money that we used to buy this tickets and we called again then a guy answered and told us the best way since we at Kokstad is to go and stand next to the store called Check out and that the bus will stop there as its a bus stop for city to city and we got there at 16:00 as our bus was leaving at 17:10 and the bus came around 18:00 we weaved at the bus and he hand signal that he is coming back and he never did.we waited up until 21:00 there was nothing and we were forced to hitchhiker to Wimpy another bus stop at kokstad and the last bus was tranlux he also didnt take us as he only had space for two people and there was three of us. You ask for an emergency number most of the driver told us they dont know we need to use call center number as they all use it. We slept there freezingly cold and unsafe .whats the use of them to take our contact details if they wont even bother to call and check if you leaving or not
