NEVER GO TO CITY TO CITY IF U WANT PEACE, AND IF U ARE PANCTUAL.

I was traveling from Germiston to Mthatha, on the 29th of September. The bus was supposed to depart from 18:00. But it has arrived at the station at about 18:35. The bus dropped us at Johannesburg and left. We have waited there with kids some were not even 1 year old. We were standing outside on a cold windy weather. No communication, nothing.... We left there around 20:50. Still nobody came and made an apology nothing. I will never recommend this bus to anyone close to me even on desperate times. The service was very poor, drivers were so unprofessional. This was the worst service I've ever received in my life. And I will never experience it at because I will never use their services again.
