Never departed (told bus is full) and no refund

City to City/Translux service is just pathetic. Booked a bus for there 14/04/2022. A bus came but was told that the bus is full, how? Where we have booked, &was never informed of any alternatives. Still want my refund as in today. Will never recommend this bus to anyone.
