Never Book City to City bus

City to City bus service. very bad service, people have been waiting at Johannesburg parkstation for the 7pm bus to Butterworth and its been 3 hours now, people are waiting in the cold. My question is why are they selling tickets if they know that they cant provide service? I called their contact centre and the lady that answered the fone was very unprofessional and she told me that there's nothing she can do. I want to expose this so that people can be aware of how City to City mistreat their passangers after they have taken their money.
