NEVER Again want refund or on time bus

My niece had a ticket for city to city from PE to Capetown 21h25 arrival at adt house greenacres the pick up point ok fine by 20h30 she get sms to to say bus going to be late between 22h00 and 22h30 must be at pick up point by 21h45

So we arrived at 21h30 at adt house opposite greenacres shopping centre

There were a security officer that was drunk 🥴 We waited and waited 1hour go by 2 hours go bye no sign of bus couldn't get any info from drunk security officer on duty was drunk mumbling Not alot of passengers at the pick up point After another half hour we decided to leave So a full 2 and half hours Felt very unsafe aswell The one and only security officer drunk 1 waiting passenger drunk Another's passenger face was full of injuries
