My husband booked a bus ticket from park station (Johannesburg) to Butter worth Eastern cape he had asked for assist from consultant based there ,she was very rude to him to the extent that he book the wrong departure date ,and went back to ask if they can rectify consultant answered and she its not her problem. How does a customer service consultant say to client Don't make your problems my problem . I'm very disappointed on there service .
