My brother slept in the stop street where he was meant to be fetched by City to City

I am saddened by the nature of how this business operates my brother booked a bus from P.E to Pretoria but that bus never came to fetch him he slept the whole night at a stop station where he was meant to be collected by this unprofessional industry and they never reimburse him. I really want to say guys plz at whatever cost don't book this stupid transport otherwise you will regret it.
