Missed my exam because of Translux

Service 1641(BWH-PRY) from Idutywa to Jhb was supposed to arrive in JHB at 05:10am. It has not arrived till now. We are still in Voslorus. The bus didn't break, and the drivers are not saying anything. I am supposed to he writing at 8:00am but I'm still stuck in an bus for more than 15 hours. This is so not acceptable. From 15:45 to 07:55 still in a bus with no hope.
