Missed my bus, wasn't even late and received horrible service.

Missed my bus last night, I was there 30 min before the bus planned departure. I waited there for an hour only to find out that they changed the bus from translux to city to city. How do you decide to send a text 20 min before departure time to say that the bus has changed, they had the whole day to do so, we not all glued to our phones. Am really disappointed, this is unacceptable, I demand a refund. The lady has the decency to end the call and ignore my calls, when I ask about the situation, am never using the service, such horrible service, no wonder you have to make the service so cheap.
