Misinformed

Bought two tickets for a bus going to Zim on the 02/03/15 and at the information Centre at Park station we were made it to our attention that the bus would leave late as we had been informed earlier ,only to realize it ourselves that the bus we was suppose to board had left, to make matters worse it wasn't the 2 of us ,but they were other 5 passenger's who were left behind and nothing was done to assist us. The supervisor at the station could only tell us to contact the call center .As this was not enough we caught the bus in Messina and the driver refused us to board the bus saying our seats are already occupied ,Really this was so embarrassing
