Mechanical problem

Appaauling service from your busses. The quality of your service is deteriorating. First of all the bus was very dirty and no plastics to put junk like used to before, the bus broke down in the middle of the street and my trip took longer than expected. Was supposed to have been in Midrand at 14:30 as stated but instead got there at at 16:30 as the bus broke down. This is danger to our lives cause clearly there's something wrong with your busses as this is happening on a regular. There was no hostess as usual .
