Luggage Policy

Good Day<br> <br> <br> Without even weighing my luggage, I was told that the luggage would cost R120. Now, at that moment, I did not have that amount, and I requested a refund in order for me to get another mode of transport. I asked for the manager to provide an amicable solution, since I did not have that amount, and that information was not provided to me when purchasing the ticket, and the manager refused, the bus left me, because I did not have there R120 requested by the porter. A fair and transparent policy on luggage should have been provided, no small print was on my ticket, this information was only provided at the station. I asked to pay R100, as a solution, but that did not help, because I did not have the money. <br> <br> <br> This happened at the Pretoria station, the agents name was Joseph Ngkapele, his manager Edward Mabitsela.<br> <br> <br> <br>
