Luggage ****** on Translux Bus

My son traveled with Translux on the 9/04/2023 from Pretoria to Phalaborwa, upon getting off in Gravelotte his bag was no more on the bus, someone stole his bag of the bus, the bus driver denied everything, please don't travel with Translux as things are not safe.
