Luggage left on bus,customer service 24hours-NOT

You spend hours waiting for them to answer their 24 hours business line, and then when you ask them to collect the luggage left on the bus, they tell you to phone another number - CLIENT services - which does not get through to any human beings... and then because the person does not really want to work, guess what they do, put you back in the que, which already have been waiting for over 20 minutes. This is disgusting..... Come now guys...your customers are you livelihood...why treat them so badly...
