Lost luggage Translux/City to City

I am complaining about my luggage that got lost at bus..On the 08/09/2024 I was travelling from Queenstown to Johannesburg Park Station using Translux/City to City bus My ticket was issued by Mr Mhlahlo from Queenstown to Johannesburg ticket number *** service number 4403. When I got to Park station my luggage was not there my suitcase was grey and there was a pink and a pink toiletry bag.My bag was grey and had mostly black clothes since I bought them to attend my brothers funeral.On the suitcase that was left in the bus there were Apostolic church clothes blue and white dresses. I did not want to take the luggage hoping that the owner would come to hers and bring mine. It is almost three weeks now nobody had contacted me.Even the driver. I made a mistake by not taking the drivers numbers. I want to Park Station to ask for assistance,the staff were not helpful they gave me numbers that do not go through and said that they are not allowed to give drivers numbers even though I had a ticket as a proof that I purchased the ticket. I also contacted customer service by email address never got any response.I am appealing to hello Peter to.post this complaint.the management and the bus driver of Translux city to city to assist and call me Nomathibane Mangisa *** TV
