LOST LUGGAGE PE TO GRAHAMSTOWN

I was travelling from Port Elizabeth to Grahamstown on the 8th of October 2015 on the City to City that leaves PE at 17h30 and arrives in Grahamstown at 19h10. I don't understand how this happened because I was the only passnger that got oof in Grahamstown and they still gave me the wrong bag. I've got someone else's luggage. The attended checked my Autopax sticker but still gave me the wrong bag. I have been phoning the following numbers: ***/***/***/***/ ***.
