Lost Luggage on Translux Coach

I boarded a bus on the 27th of July this year from Pretoria to Cape Town and i lost my luggage, i was promised by the bus drivers that they will look into it but a day later of not hearing anything, i decided to go to the translux booking centre at Cape Town marine drive bus terminus to seek help but to no avail. I am highly disappointed in your service as i have called client services but with no assistance.
