Lost baggage

Yesterday 11/09/2022 I traveled from acornhoek to Johannesburg. When we got to hazyview someone took my bag with them and left their bag which is smaller than my bag ...the driver just told me don't worry the person will call ......I am trying to call the offices but no one is answering the phone .....the drive just gave me the lady's bag and said I must stay with it until the person comes through
